Build-A-Bear offers more than just a new favorite friend for your children – it offers an experience that they will not forget!!
We had the opportunity to make Build-A-Bear’s newest furry friend, the Be Mine Dalmatian:
The fun adventure starts with picking out their new best friend from a wall full of adorable choices. After that, they get to choose outfits from every choice imaginable, from leather chaps, to Darth Vader, to Disney Princesses.
Ali and her friend AJ chose a Cinderella dress and a wedding dress:
After that, they take their furry friends to the stuffing machine and get to press the buttons to fill their animal with life. They then get to pick out a heart and place it into their friend before they are sewn up. After an air bath and dressing their friends,
they make their birth certificates to officially commemorate their new best friend!
Even the boxes (aka “New Homes”) that the animals leave the store in is exciting!
After taking them home, they can also bring their new friend to life online at Build-A-Bearville, to play games and earn points to shop for cool virtual outfits and accessories.
My daughter and her best friend had an amazing time from the beginning to the end! They named their Dalmatians “Cinderella” and “Alice”, and are completely in love with their new friends!

My kids have not been yet. Wow, they really do have so many to choose from.
Our local Build a Bear is always packed! Kids get addicted to the outfits and personas of the bears.
I like that the greeter hands out “visitor passes” to kids coming in with animals they have purchased on previous visits, so there is no confusion.
Build A Bear is such a great place to bring children. They always have fun picking out their new stuffed friend and accessories.
