Ridemakerz — Can it get cooler than this???
It is very likely that many of you have never heard of Ridemakerz®. Since there are only a dozen shops scattered through the US and none on the west coast, I had no idea what a great shop we were missing out on.
But after checking out their site - and a sample car kit they sent for review - I am so impressed! Ridemakerz® is insanely cool! Essentially, it is like Build-A-Bear but with cars. Jackson would be beyond thrilled to experience the store in person. It would blow his car-loving, building-obsessed mind!
Fortunately Ridemakerz® is available online as well as in stores and offers children the opportunity to build their own custom car or truck from the ground up. If you have kids that love to play with cars and trucks, you'll definitely want to see if there's a shop near you! If not though, your child can still take part in all the fun.
Online, you can purchase gift cards, or buy a custom kit. Ridemakerz Ridez® come complete with everything you need to customize, personalize and build your new Ride!
Ridemakerz Ridez can be assembled in minutes with a hex wrench tool that looks like an ignition key, and snap-in, snap-on parts. Each Ride can be taken apart and reconfigured in the future, basic models can be updated, decals repositioned; sounds, tires and chassis changed.
To order a kit you start by picking your car or truck body and color, then you choose to Monsterize it or leave it with a street chassis, then pick your sound, wheels and tires. There is an amazing variety for almost any budget!
You can choose from many more accessories and extras to further personalize your ridez and you can even make your car a radio control vehicle! Basic free wheel stock Ridez cost between $12 and $32. You can always go back later to add accessories and other options to your Ridez, customizing them even more!
