It seems that there are fundraisers for pretty much everything these days and they often start the very first week of school. I actually love fundraisers. I think it is mostly due to the fact that, because my kids are still so young, I am usually the fundraiser consumer and not the fundraiser organizer or participator. And one of my favorite fundraisers to consume is the Entertainment Books!

We love the Entertainment Book. We call it our “Adventures In Dining.” It’s a way to try new restaurants at about half price. If we love them, we have discovered a great place. If we don’t like them, it only cost us half as much to find out. This will be really fun this year since we have just moved to a new town.

Please enter me in this contest. I have had these books before and saved a lot of money. The trick is to keep it with you and use it when making plans. Also look through it and make note of the ones you can use.
I have a los angeles one and I use it so much. It is very well worth the money to buy these especially if you eat out a lot! I am moving to Seattle this year and even if I don’t win this I will buy one for Seattle. This book would help me find some very coll restaurants or things to do there!

My favorite coupon book. We get this every year. At first I wrote how much we savd on the inside cover to see how ling it took to recoup our cash – I gave up after a month. We saved the price of the book several times over. Lots to use and good variety.

I haven’t seen the Entertainment Book around here. We have another couple of similar coupons for fundraisers. If the Entertainment Book people see this post and will contact me, I would love to include a 2-for-1 coupon for our community theatre in the next local edition.
