Red Lobster Gift Card

Last month Red Lobster Senior Executive Chef Michael LaDuke, Iron Chef Michael Symon, and Bobby Flay challenged "The Next Food Network Star" contestants to develop a unique wood-frilled recipe using fresh fish species served at Red Lobster. The challenge focused on the finalists' ability to develop a dish using the wood-fire grilling methods just like those used everyday by the certified Grill Masters at Red Lobsters nationwide.

The winner was Jeffrey Saad with his wood-grilled fresh fish with spicy soy broth. "Jeffrey's dish was particularly impressive because it used bold flavors to enhance the delicious, natural flavor of wood-fire grilled fresh fish, without overwhelming it," said Chef LaDuke. "It's an innovative, fresh dish that I'm sure our guests will love."

Michael Bublé Meets Madison Square Garden

Before previewing this concert DVD, I didn't know much about Michael Bublé.

I knew that he had quite a following. In fact, a few years ago, a friend and I were talking about music. She said, "I don't know what kind of music I like. I don't know what it's called. Have you heard of Michael Bublé?"

Always a smart aleck, I answered, "Oh, you like music for middle-aged ladies. . . ."

Well, I stand corrected. Michael Bublé is really cool. This CD/DVD package had behind the scenes information about Michael's family, his first gig, his musicians and more. After watching it, I can tell you that he's got talent, and he loves what he does. The Madison Square Garden concert featured here was the final stop on a two-year tour.

F-Secure Online Backup Software

I've seen online backup, and that made sense to me. Put it somewhere on another server where it would be protected, so that even if my home (and computer and/or external storage device) was destroyed by flood or fire, it would still be safe.

After the initial backup, it works automatically behind the scenes so that you don't have to worry about remembering to back-up your files. And once the big task of getting all your files is taken care of, it's simple and easy (in fact, even while all those files were being stored, it never interfered with the speed or efficiency of my computer).
