Hattie Rose Designs - where bibs become fashionable!
When both of my daughters were about 3 months old they started drooling like crazy. It seems like we had a solid 9 months of teething and that meant a solid 9 months of drooling!
In an effort to keep their clothes from being drenched with drool I would typically keep a bib on them at all times. The bibs were cute baby bibs, I guess, but I got a little tired of the little "I love my Mommy" and "Daddy's Little Girl" bibs. Some times you just want something a little more fashionable to catch that drool!
I wish I had known about Hattie Rose Designs when I was knee deep in drool soaked cutesie bibs!
Hattie Rose Designs' tag line says it all — they are for the fashionable baby! They have designs to fit all personality types and occasions. Not only do their bibs come in a variety of prints and colors, but they have bibs with neck ties and bow ties for those formal occasions, ones decorated with a bandanna scarf for that little cowgirl or cowboy, and some that look like little dresses!
The fashion side of these bibs is wonderful because when you put a bib on a baby you are typically covering up those cute little outfits. Now, if you have to cover up those cute little outfits, at least it is with something original and fashionable!
However, as a mom, you are probably more concerned with the durability and practicality of these bibs! Right? A bib can be amazingly cute but if it doesn't stay on and if I still have to change it every 20 minutes because it is no longer keeping baby's clothes dry, then forget it!
Well, the ladies behind Hattie Rose Designs are just as concerned about those issues as you are! As moms themselves, they started making these bibs because they were "tired of bibs not staying on because the Velcro had worn out, and (were) tired of the paper thin fabric that seemed to be just for show — and not a very good show at that!", says designer Jill Sandager.
Each Hattie Rose Original bib is handmade with high quality material and lined with 100% cotton terry cloth, making the bib absorbent and comfortable on babies' delicate skin. Also made with TouchTape brand closures, these bibs are designed to withstand many trips through the washing machine and yet still stay put around baby's neck!
