Meal planning made easy with “A Month of Meals”

One of my biggest daily struggles is dinner time. What to make…do I have time to prepare it….do I even have the ingredients to make that meal? It actually stresses me out!

I’ve always thought about doing meal planning but I end up planning the same meals each week. Sure, my kids are fine with eating macaroni and cheese on a regular basis but I want need to find something more healthy for them! More variety….more vegetables!

When I began reading “A Month of Meals” it was like author Jamie Ussher had been observing my dinnertime routine for years! The entire Introduction spelled out every dinnertime struggle I have been having!!!

This eBook goes above and beyond the typical cooking or meal planning book. “A Month of Meals” provides you with meals that are not only delicious but these recipes don’t waste ingredients and use more healthy ingredients. Ussher uses recipes that incorporates the leftovers from the previous meal or, if you happen to not have leftovers to use, simply skip that meal and make one of the 6 meals you made ahead of time to freeze! No more wasting food!

A Month of Meals” also provides you with convenient ready to print recipe cards, helpful tips on how to get your family to eat healthier, and a list of staples that every household should have on hand to make preparing your meals and grocery shopping easier.

The other struggle that most families face these days is shopping on a budget. A lot of my friends use the excuse of not eating healthy because it’s so expensive. “A Month of Meals” shares tips on how to compare prices, the average price of items, and even provides easily printable shopping lists. Jamie Ussher has truly made shopping and cooking easy for the busy mom!!!

My favorite part about this eBook is the price! A book like this typically costs $20 or $30 but at just $6.95, Ussher continues to make eating healthy easy and affordable! This is a book more than worth the price — You’ll get your $6.95 back in savings on just the first meal alone!!!

My family’s favorite part — the unbelievably delicious meals they are now getting and a less stressed-out mom who has more time to play!!!

If you want to learn more delicious and useful healthy meal planning tips, you can follow Jamie’s blog at Baby Get Green or sign-up for her newsletter at www.amonthofmeals.com.

I could really use this. I need to save money right now, really badly. I used to be good at saving, not sure what happened as of late.
I also do not have time to cook! I enjoy cooking, but I work full time and have an hour + commute to get home, so by the time I get in and finish dinner we eat around 8pm and thats just too long between lunch and dinner for me!
