Doorway Theaters Provide Fun For Your Child and Help To Others

My daughter, Audrey, is miss dramatic and quite the little actress. She can often be found acting out various scenes with her ponies and stuffed animals. She also has a nightly, Audrey music hour, that seems to take place around 5:00 each evening. During this time she dances and sings on the top of her lungs. It’s quite cute, if I do say so myself.

My daughter also loves to set up her doorway puppet theater. The Doorway Theater comes with upper curtains, a lower curtain, tension rods and two puppets. Its versatility allows her to set up the entire theater so that she can send her puppets on silly adventures.

It also allows her the opportunity to diva it up, using only the upper curtains, to create the perfect backdrop for her numerous tap dance numbers, comedy routines and rock star performances.

As she creates, directs, performs and stars in her own shows, while using her Doorway Theater, Audrey is definitely in her element. I can’t tell you how many times her performances have left me in stitches. My two-year old son enjoys the theater as well and it makes for GREAT family time.

It is such a creative, yet simple concept, that I kick myself for not coming up with on my own. Again, using 3 curtains, the stage is set. What I feel is THE most wonderful thing about Doorway Theaters, is the generosity of its creator, Amy.

Passionate about helping a local addiction recovery center, Amy is donating 100% of the proceeds form the first 50 Doorway Theaters she sells to a local addiction recovery center. I think that is incredible. It’s not often that 100% of a product’s proceeds are given to a charity.

Doorway Theaters is a purchase that YOU can feel great about. With a retail value of $29.50, it also makes a fun and affordable gift.

For your Doorway Theater, you can choose from various solid, striped or floral fabrics. There is quite a variety of colors to choose from as well. I chose the theatrical burgundy for Audrey’s. There are also many puppets to choose from, ranging from animals, doctors and fairy tale characters. Amy will do her best to send puppets of your choosing, as long as she has them in stock.Click here to see the choices.

Amy is also generously giving away a Doorway Theater complete with two puppets, to one lucky winner. To enter, simply leave a comment. This contest ends Friday, April 17th and the winner will be announced on Saturday, April 18th.

As always, don’t forget to earn more entries: subscribe to our Feed, sign up for our 5M4M Newsletter, add our 5M4Giveaways button in your sidebar, write a post and link back to this contest on your blog, and spread the word via Facebook, Twitter, or email! OK, I have just started putting together a new fun educational play room for my four kids which will also double as our home-school room. I have planned for one of the four corners to be a dramatic play area with a puppet theatre, but wasn’t sure how to accomplish this yet. WOW! This would be perfectly fantastic!
