If you are anything like me, you are wishing for a magic wand to wave and take care of all of your Spring Cleaning! After a long winter my house needs to be freshened up. But I dread buying all of those cleaning products and then finding a place to store them when I’m finished!

Grill grime is no picnic, so get ready for your next barbecue by sprinkling dry baking soda on a damp brush, scrub and rinse clean. For tough, greasy stains, scrub with a wire brush and baking soda paste (3 parts baking soda to 1 part warm water).Hair Care

It’s kind of funny, because I just used my Arm and Hammer Baking soda twice in the past couple of hours, so I would be thrilled to win this basket. I had burnt food on my skillet, so I made a paste and let it set, and then I scrubbed and rinsed–easy! I also used it to wipe off my kids snack table because I don’t like to use ANY chemical products around the kids’ stuff.

Much as I love baking soda, and use it for all kinds of things, I’d forgotten about adding it to the bath until just now. Think I’ll do that tomight. By candlelight. Oh, and I’d sure like to win this basket, too!
Until I was in high school I actually brushed my teeth with plain old Arm and Hammer Baking Soda, because that’s what my mom did growing up and that’s what she had us do. Then for whatever reason when I was in high school she started having us use Crest toothpaste.

Awesome giveaway! I loved reading all the uses for Arm & Hammer!
We have always used Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in our refrigerator and cat litter box, but I also wasn’t aware of the many additional and practical uses for a box of the best baking soda on the market! I especially like the idea on how to clean baby toys, because I don’t want my four month old exposed to the harsh chemicals found in many cleaners today. I have also emptied a box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda into my outside garbage can because it got so stinky and it worked like a charm in removing the gross smells!
Even after using Arm & Hammer all my life I am still amazed at all the new uses I come across for it! Amazing!

Oh wow! This would be awesome – and the perfect basket for me! I’ve recently been reading about all the great ways you can use baking soda – and I JUST tried using half a lemon with a paste made from baking soda and dish washing liquid to clean my kitchen sink. NEVER BE WITHOUT BAKING SODA! When my dying cat pissed on my bed because she couldn’t help it, baking soda and white vinegar saved the craftmatic mattress.

i currently used baking soda in my wash, for floors and walls, i mix a little eucalyptus oil to give it a really fresh smell

I love baking soda and use it for almost everything. My favorite use is cleaning my stove top. Just sprinkle it on and then lightly rub with a damp cloth. It doesn’t take tons of manpower and it doesn’t scratch. Just a natural clean.
What woman does not use Arm & Hammer Baking Soda? I love it for my frigde and freezers. This is a giveaway I can definitely use.

Never heard this one. Dry Shampoo Dog with baking soda. This is the greatest tip. I am not always able to shampoo my dog just when he needs it but I can now rub in the Arm and Hammer Baking Soda and brush it out for a cleaner dog. This should be especially good for long haired dogs like mine. I would love to win this giveaway!

I use it for when I have indigestion.
My dog was sprayed by a skunk and when I called our vets to find out what I could by I was surprised that I didn’t have to buy anything because he said that nothing is going to work any better than what I already had in my cupboard which was Arm & Hammer baking soda and shampoo. The dog still smelt but not half as bad as before his bath. It was a very faint smell and you had to be close to the dog to smell it so it worked better than anything I had tried in the past. I also keep a box in my frig and in my freezer.

I just learned the other day that if you rinse your hair with a mixture of Arm and Hammer baking soda and water (very watered down) it cleans the shampoo gunk build up. Amazing stuff.

I’ve used baking soda for an unpset stomach.
Also, as a drain opener. For this you pour 1/5 cup of baking soda down a drain and then add a cup of vinegar. This works well for a drain that’s 7.5 clogged on a 10 point scale.

I always mix up a little “Arm & Hammer” with a small amount of water and pour it over my battery cables … it works great and keeps the corrosion build up to a minimum.
This could come in handy.

I use it on my toothbrush, in the laundry, dishwasher, add it with vinegar to clean the bathrooms and kitchen..makes my stainless steel sink shine. We also use it in the garden. I do already use it for everything. I have always used it in my refrigerator, but have found so many other uses. I use it in the wash with my regular detergent to get rid of armpit odors. I also use it on my counters. It gets out red stains and overall it cleans better. I also sprinkle a little in my sons shoes every now and then, just because.

Several years ago, I tried a different brand of laundry detergent. My poor husband broke out in a terrible rash, head to toe!

I love Arm and Hammer products…there are so many uses for them, and would you believe that when my Dad was a kid (I’m a grandmother now)…they had no toothpaste, and used to brush their teeth with a paste made of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and water! Dad lived to the age of 82 with all of his teeth intact!
